Do drivers ever pay a fee?
No. The driver-side fee is 0% - the price on the map is the all-in price you pay. Our commission is charged to the host, and it's published in the table above.
Is the commission really all-in?
Yes. The percentage you see is the complete commission. There's no separate listing fee, payment surcharge or barrier markup layered on top.
How does EV charging get priced?
Energy is billed at a transparent per-kWh rate shown before you confirm, inside the same reservation as your parking. The host commission on an EV session is around 12%.
How does the Wallet bonus work?
Top up CHF 50, 100 or 200 and we add 5%, 7% or 8% in credit respectively. The bonus lands in your Wallet balance and is spendable on any booking or charging session.
What about my data and payments?
Money is held in escrow until your booking completes, and we're privacy-by-design: minimal plate data, encrypted at rest, nFADP/GDPR-grade. TWINT, card and Wallet are all supported.
